Multiple blockage in arteries
Angiography reports LAD type 3 vessel,proximal LAD 90% and mid LAD 90% stenosis,distal LAD minor plaques.Intermediate 70% stenosis. LCX: co-dominant system,ostial 80% stenosis. LMCA: normal with minor plaque Diagonals: non obstructive plaque marginals: normal PDA/PLV :normal Final Diagnosis: CAD:Effort angina,two vessel diseases,normal LV function. please suggest what needs to be done now?

You can go for Bypass surgery or PTCA If you are a diabetic Bypass surgery is a better option.
