Blockage  in angiography, no stunt posib
Acute LWMI. Felt chest pain with arm pain for 2 to three hours, ECG revealed ST-T changes in lateral leads, underwent Cath lab and CAG, After angiography 3 days hospitalised in ccu, 3 days treatment in home, then 10 days medicine going on, now feeling well, advised by pass, reffered to CTVS for further management in hameodynamically stable condition. Angiography  findings                                         LMCA Distal LMCA 20-30 percent srenosis, dividing into LAD/LCx/RlLAD type lll vessel osteal 70-80 percent stenosis Mid 70-80 percent stenosis (Long lesion).                         diagonal D2 Osteal 90 percent stenosis (Thrombosis+)            LCX Non dominant vessel, osteal 40-50 percent stenosis OM normal         RCA Dominant, prox 20 ,-30 percent stenosis, Mid & Distal RCA Plaque.    PDA plaque +.       PLV normal                    RI large RI osteal 70 -80 Percy stenosis                             impression LM- DVD    advise CABG
