Hello, what are the chances of heart blockage even if ecg is normal.. And when doctors recommend angiography?

If a doctor is recommending angiography then there are good chances of blockages in the heart.. It is not necessary that ECG will always have changes in blockages and ECG can be normal in some cases with blockages in the heart. In such cases more testing is needed like echocardiography blood test like troponins and if needed stress test.. But if patient is symptomatic and having typical chest pains then and geography should be done even if ECG is normal
