Why there is a pain in upper chest and full left hand though i have a normal ecg normal echo including normal thyroid test and blood report?

I yawn at very odd times and excessively. I also had left chest pain, jaw pain left neck pain occasionally. There s a stabbing pain between shoulder blades. Heart tests and X ray were fine. I also get breathless occasionally.

He is complaing of weakness, cynosis and difficulty in daily activities and difficulty in breathing also complaing pain in legs and back . I have attached some recent investigation reports and one discharge summary at the time of when he was operated at the age of 1 and half year. Kindly give your opinion for further management

Hi My dad got a heart function LV 31%, undergone angioplasty last year. Now getting cough and breathing problem. We are getting everything done from Narayana. But since the doctor's number we dint get provided we are in confusion. There is a medicine difference in his previous and current report. 'Nikoran' (attached are both the prescriptions. Next appointment is after 3days, and it's quite risky to skip one medicine, if it is not been prescribed bymistake. I need consultation if to have that till then or not. I need a consultation ASAP. Pls help me.

I'm 20 years old and I'm suffering from Hypertension since 26 December 2017 when I have checked with my family physician it was 180/100 he said because u are anxious it can be normal and after 30 min it came 160/80 and after 2 hour it was 140/90 and ecg revealed Sinus Tachycardia around 120-125 beats as I was having occipital headache very badly then doctor had started Met Xl 50 he further send me to a Cardiologist my lipid, usg, thyroid, renal profile, 2d echo done by cardiologist himself all came normal and he has prescribed Betacard AM once a day in night after taking this my BP is 140/90 in his clinic and pulse is 65-72 most importantly I have got rid of my headache. But my renal Doppler is showing high PSV in renal artery and my cardiologist want me to undergo Renal Angiography and after this I am hesitating to visit him but i am continuing his medicine. Should I undergo Renal Angiography according to my cardiologist or CT Renal Angio according to Nephrologist??
