52 year old female k/c/o Type 2 DM,ECG showed poor R wave progression in Leads V3,V4.ECG attached.Please help me

Hello doctor, my father was admitted in hospital due to pneumania and asthama attack for 3 days..... and ecg was done in the hospital.. the medicine doctor suggested to see a cardiologist..... attched the reports... is there any abnormality??

Recently went for 2d echo and doc said I have mild aml prolapse with mild mr how much time will it take to progress I am so scared about it please help

Hello Sir/Madam Last few days my mother having some times irregular heart beat for few seconds -1 min not frequently some times  some times have pain in right hand not always. I checked physician he suggested me to do ECG and 2D Echo In ecg it is mentioned NSR RBBB I am also attaching both ECG and 2D Echo and also mentioned current medication Can i expect some suggestion is it something to worry. My mother has to undergo an Eye Cataract surgery for which she needs a clearance letter from her cardiologist. She has got all the tests done but her usual cardiologist is not responding and travelling back to get the letter will exhaust her physically. Is it possible that we can get the clearance letter from any other cardiologist? We have both the new and old reports with us

I sometimes feel heaviness in chest, my 2D echo is normal, TMT is negative for ischemia but there were some changes in ecg while recovery. My liver has mild Fibrosis due to obesity and poor diet and lifestyle. Should I be worried for sudden cardiac issues?

My father had taken a lipid profile test today. Total cholesterol - 267 mg/dl Triglycerides - 257 mg/dl HDL Cholesterol - 45 mg/dl LDL Cholesterol - 170.8 mg/dl VLDL Cholesterol - 51.2 mg/dl T.Chol /HDL - 5.93 LDL/HDL - 3.79 Cal you please suggest if these values are normal or not. If so , what are the next steps that should be taken.
