When can we resume work after angioplasty? I am working as software engineer. Whether coughing is problematic for stent in heart?

I am taking telma 40 at night and CDT 6,25 in the morning for hypertension since 3 months. Initially BP was 145/100. Now it is around 125/85 in the morning but in the evening it is in the range 130-140/90. ECG , RBS , creatine, lipid profile all normal. Why is BP not stabilising even on medication. Do I have to increase the dose?

My mother is suffering from the BP issue, she used to take medications to treat High BP since a month her BP was showing very low, doctor suggested to decrease the dose to Telma 20 from Telma 40 and asked to keep monitoring BP and told to take the medicines only when the BP goes above 150/100. Now her BP is fluctuating and goes uptill 152/95 once or twice in a day, doctor now gas suggested Telma 20 and Nebi 2.5. I just needed a second advice is this combination okay for her. Pls advise

I suddenly try to get up from bed. that time my left chest got sharp niddle pain for an instatnt. after resting back on bed for 3sec the pain is gone. now i am feeling no discomfort. what is this condition.

For the past few days I had pain in my forehead cheek and both jaws followed by pain in neck and upper chest area for the past two days. The pain is very intermittent and lasts only for few seconds and goes off it's like aching pain and it doesn't spread pain is defined to that area.
