Hi Doc, As part of my annual health checkup in Sept my Lipid profile was  LDL 129, but my ECG and 2Decho are good but my TMT came positive with few uneven lines after 12 minutes of walking on TMT,i spoke to my cousin doc he said some diagnose centrs may be wrong but will repeat after 15 days & said to take Vitamin D3-uprise due to less in count, in few days i seen symptms like loss or starving for oxygen so I use to take deep breath, in Oct first week i visited Card doc showing my Lipid profile and doctor tested ECG & CT Cal Scan, ECG was normal but my cal Score came 187 (LAD 130 & RCA 57), i was said to start Atirvostatin 40 mg, Telma 6Mg & Cinod 20mg, & said to do TMT. I did TMT in two days & d result is normal, so I was not asked for CT Anjio. I am on Statins & BP med since Oct 25th & nxt visit Jan25 but I see some symptoms lke niddle kind of pain lft chest come for secnds&goes and left shoulder & arms slightly, plz suggest do i need to worry of heart attack or whn to rush hspt.

Since last one month my bp reading is high. Till afternoon it is more or less118/85. But after 6:30 pm, it becomes 141/95 and even more. Since last two three days, it is rising upto 161/105 after midnight. I have anxiety issues. Iam obsessively checking my bp and not being able to sleep because of insomnia and anxiety. My question is, should I start taking Bp medicines at the age of 32? Or I should focus on lifestyle modifications? I have done all sorts of tests, except for vitamin D and borderline TSH (5.033, T3 and T4 within normal range) everything is ok. What should I do? Pls help me.

Hi Doctors, I am 26 Years Old , I have got Borderline ECG with Abnormal R Wave Progression,  Early Transition QRS Area > 0 in V2. Borderline Abnormalities. I don't have any Symptoms. Kindly Suggest and tell is it Severe Case.

I did a tmt test and echo and ecg 6 months back and it was normal , 6 months back my HBcA1 was 5.9. My weight is 110 and height is 5.10 From last night after drinking coffee I am feeling pain in my left wrist and fore arm and arm , feeling restless and mild pain , twitching, dizzy, getting worried thoughts of health Pls advice what to do

I have slight sharp burining ehich is coming and going um just before chest and top of stomach slightly towards left its nit cotinous but coming as a sharp blow and going and again coming in 30sec

My total cholesterol is 261 .what should I do. Should I consult with doctor or follow with diet and what diet should I follow
