Heart Problems & Remedies

Since last one month, I'm noticing that my Bp gets high every evening (141/101 more or less). But after a good night sleep, it's again 110/70 in the morning. I'm 32. All my reports (sugar, cholesterol, ECG, echo) are normal. Do I need to start medicines or should I wait and focus on lifestyle modifications? I'm really confused. Please help.

Sometimes bp is 190/102. He takes bp medicine on alternative days. But if he miss the medicine the bp is 190

I want general guidance regarding, lifestyle activities, eating habits to prevent cardiovascular diseases in near future.

He had cough and had azee after which he had excessive sweating and nausea and was drowsy. Could it be a heart problem

Left side chest pain and tightness since last 4-5 months. Gets better when i am lying down, otherwise its constant. Ecg echo tmt all normal, have taken muscle relaxant too

Hi doctor from last two days I feel the heart rate sensation like lub dub in this lub dub the dub sensation hitting very strong hard though my heart rate is normal 80 only but the dub sensation hitting stronger. Please suggest me what to do and any tests

Hello, I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis 6 years ago. From last 3 years i am facing issues with heart Palpitation and hypertension for which I have taken propranolol 40 for last 3 years and recently i have dropped it and started telmisartan metoprolol 40/50 but during 1st few hours of the day i am facing the palpitation over 115 beats per minute which clears after few hours. Is it due to arthritis or withdrawal of propranolol. Bp is normal Please help

Is the ECG normal? Or anything specific to be looked into. Did as part of a general checkup. Also, attaching the blood report.

Hello respected doctors, i went to doctor one year back because of anxiety and panic attacks... he did ecg echo tmt and everything is clear, my heart rate was 100+ in ecg so doctor wrote 10 mg inderal... . . now these days I'm feeling anxious, but my heart rate lies between 70-80, is it ok to Take Inderal 10 mg even though my heart rate not above 100+?? is it safe to take inderal in heart rat 70-80 ?
