Blood Pressure Measurement
I have pregnancy induced hypertension which has not settled even at 6 weeks postpartum. At 2 pm - a nurse took a reading of 120/ 80 and 124/ 80. At 230 pm - my Gynac took a reading of 140/ 80. At 3 pm, the nurse took a reading of 132/ 80. At around 430, my cardiologist took a reading of 140/ 100. I am currently on Lobet 100 mg twice a day. Which reading should be considered?

2d echo swelling in feet
My sister is suffering from shortness of breath and extreme fatigue. She sleeps a lot at home. Also, she often suffers from chest pain and left arm pain. She is taking medications for high bp and working out regularly eating healthy.
Her 2d echo reports are normal as per cardiologist. There are no structural abnormalities so far.
Her 2d echo reports 65% lvef mild concentric lvh and DD as on Sept 2023.
Her 2d echo reports 60% lvef borderline lvh and DD as on May 2024.
Her TMT reports are negative for MI.
Her ecg shows no significant stt changes.
Her both feet has started showing signs of swelling. And swelling reduces after she exercises her legs.
Her chest pain occurs when she goes for long walk, she gets tired, shortness of breath starts and eventually her chest pain starts accompanied by left arm pain. And it gets cured after resting and sleeping.
She doesnt want to go for cardiac cathertization, but these symptoms seem bad. Is there a way to find out is she suffering from HFPEF?
