I am 79 years old male and noticed that my pulse rate in the night during sleep is within 50-55 bpm: and during day time is 55-60 bpm while at rest inhone . Whenever I go for walking either in morning or evening the pulse rate increases slowly up to 105 bpm. I have checked through ecg, echo and coronary citi angiography and doctor found no abnormality. Besides I have no diabetes or high cholesterol. The BP is also within limit by taking medicines. The X-ray chest and usg of abdomen have no abnormalities. I am unable to address the issue by doctors even changing BP medications. Please advise the best course of action

Hello I am 24 yo girl I am having chest tightness and Left arm shoulder pain since few months.. Done ECG few times 2d echo 2 times and TMT test All the reports were normal Cholesterol is also normal vitamin d b12 is low.. so i am still afraid if its heart related or not.. should i be worried?

After a recent office check-up, I discovered that my cholesterol levels were slightly elevated. My previous report from two months ago showed the following values: weight 70 kg, age 28, height 5’6”, LDL cholesterol 138 mg/dL, triglycerides 180 mg/dL, total cholesterol 210 mg/dL, and HDL cholesterol 34 mg/dL. Following dietary changes and a few kilograms of weight loss, my latest results after 2 months are: weight 65 kg, LDL cholesterol 131 mg/dL, triglycerides 127 mg/dL, HDL cholesterol 36 mg/dL, and total cholesterol 193 mg/dL. While I have seen improvements in most areas, I would appreciate advice on how to further improve my lipid profile, especially raising HDL levels, and whether I should consider any additional steps. I have not started any medication yet.

I get burning pain / discomfort in my chest once in a while doing my cycling exercise but taking a few minutes rest or deep breathing it disappears. I have attached my echo and my cholesterol is 220 mg. TMT after first level I got discomfort and was asked to stop . The consultant was suggesting conventional angio . Can I do CT angio non invasive instead of angio gram .?? which will be better otherwise I have no other complaints. The reports are taken today . I need guidance for second opinion for to do non invasive CT angio or regular angiogram day care surgery ? I don't want to have anaesthesia unnecessarily. Thank you

Hi, I do have a calcium score of 187 in LAD and RCA. Majority in LAD 137 and RCA 50. I have been on Statin, BP tab Telma 6Mg/80 mg and Cinod 20 mg since Oct 24 and next visit is in January 25. My question is, these days for a count of 3-4 days i suffered in shortness of breath for couple of hours and than becomes normal, is these due to Medication Side effect or pannic attack?. Please do let me know at time I need to rush to hospital. Thanks, Sarvana

Pain in chest that comes and goes often. Similarly pain in triceps and neck. Sometimes chest pain feels like tightness and sometimes a sharp pain. My age is 30. My dad recently had bypass surgery and so I constantly think that i might also suffer from heart problem. What could be the cause of my pain?
