Good evening dr my father recently got a heart attack in which 1 stand is placed in 1 artery . His heart is functioning 35 percent with proper diet and exercise can we improve the heart damage ?? He is 52 years old

Hello doctor , I have been suffering from chest pain from last 3 year on/off while sitting for long in my car or movie threater multiple egg,tmt,echo ,stress echo and Holter done but all are normal recently I have go through routine medical checkup and I found elevated homosystine around 24 , elevated cpk : 302,elevated ige level : 1618 ,please find the report do i need to concern , i am on tab nexito plus from last 1 month which is prescribed by cardiologist.

Hi Wanted to know what this term exactly means. I went for a routine checkup and ECG report came out moderately abnormal. I am attaching the reports herewith. Apart from this my pulse was high at 103 bpm (which is usually around 8 bpm) And also my BP read 135 90. Other than that Random blood sugar was within range Urine routine was normal Thyroid was also normal. Cholesterol was a bit higher and report is attached for the same. Should i be worried about it Will i be able to achieve better health by making lifestyle changes and not relying on medicines. Response is appreciated.

I am taking stamlo 5 for last 20 years regularly once a day in morning. Now I find my regular diastolic BP is maintained at 59-65 while systolic BP is regulated at 120-135. Please advise the dose and new medicine if needed or else have I to reduce the stamlo 5 dose if any

I had this ekg done 4 days ago as i was having chest pain and arm pains. Machine said acute MI (V3) but physician told me its normal Then I put in on ecg forum on fb where 2 people said its abnormal- STEMI, ishemia etc Can u give firm opinion about it? My echo tmt done 1 month ago normal
