In 2023, I had severe chest pain and was diagnosed with heart issues, despite normal cholesterol levels. The doctor warned that stress could lead to a heart attack if not controlled. Recently, due to increased stress from personal issues, I’ve started experiencing frequent nosebleeds. Along with nosebleeds and chest pain, I also face vomiting, difficulty breathing, and giddiness. I’ve been hypotensive since childhood. Could my heart condition be worsening, and are nosebleeds a serious concern?

Lipid profile with high Triglycerides 356 and LDL 18..............................what should I do.

I have had fear of having a heart attack since last 3-4 years since i witnessed a heart attack. I had done echo multiple ecg and other blood test in the last few years and everything was normal. But recently after seeing reels of people at the age of 29-35 having cardiac arrest while just sitting or doing nothing, my fear has come back. My focus stays on my heart beat, and I have stopped playing sports and exercise cause my heart beat elevates. I am 6'1 and 82kg . I even sometimes panic while sitting if i feel any pain in the chest area or heavyness. I have been smoking since the past 1.5 years just 1 cig a day 4-5 times a week. I just want to understand if I might have a cardiac arrest anytime?

Took ecg and echo initially. my echo test was normal but in ecg it was NSR but slight variation in st. just for a safer zone doctor suggest tmt. i Have attached the tmt report. please check and let me know whether everything is ok . thanks

While running I feel chest tightness I want to know the reason and also I want to why young people getting heartcattacks while exercising and also I want to know the reason for sudden cardiac deaths in young indians

Hi I got my lipid profile tested ibcould see the HDL cholesterol level is very low could you tell me the reason for this very low level and let me know how we can increase the levels

Meri mummy 65 years old hai aur October month main unko heart attack aaya tha aur unki angioplasty Hui thi aur unke heart main 2 stand daale gaye the but jabse mummy ki angioplasty Hui hai unka BP Kam he nahi ho raha hai jabki koi tension nahi hai doctor ko bhi samajh main nahi aa raha hai aisa kyon ho raha hai .

Please suggest solution and patient condition . Patient got dizziness while walking 100 steps . Patient has high BP medicine using regular.
