ASD Closure open heart surgery after.

Hi Sir, I have understand ASD closure through open heart surgery at age of 25 and after discharge I used to get wet dreams so that palpitations in sleep. After 4weeks  I am unable to control and mastrubating happend continuously  when orgasam came I experienced of palpitations & heart moving fell. Do it cause any damage or problem to heart or it's assosiatted nerves. After that I have experienced lowering temperature, pain on side of head & left hand. I didnt told to Any doctor about this but I told about pains and for recovery they sent to psychiatrist using "" proponol and escitalopram clonazepam " now I am 30 there is no improvement in my physical or sexual life and I am expecting same pain after 5 years. Please help
