My recent annual health checkup report states bad Lipid profile and cardiac markers. Enclosed the snapshot of them. Please advise the treatment

Today while sitting, I experienced dizziness all of a sudden and had to lie down.. This went on for a few minutes and then had disappeared.. Is this a case of heart attack or anxiety attack? No chest pain occurred. Please tell..

Mother 65 year old having TVD and one Stent placed in July 2022. And other blockages are managed by medicines. Due to chest pain angiography done in July 2023 but this time no Stent placed and previous Stent was OK. Now again she he having chest pain occasionally. Our cardiologist saying no need of angiography. Doctor also prescribed trimetazidine 35 mg and nicorandil but because of no Effect they stopped after one month Now the medications are Atorlip gold 20 Metxl am 25/5. Metformin sr 500 mg Myonit sr 2.6 Her latest test report lipid profile, kft, lft, vit b12 and D3 is normal Hba1 c is 5.9 Please suggest what to do because she is having chest pain and sometime in SOS  isodril 5 mg gave relief and sometime not.

For bp my doctor prescribed me nebistar 2.5 mg and neurologist prescribed clonafit beta for anxiety can I take the same

I have always had Trop I levels around 1-1.5 ( all measured in pg/ml, normal reading in my Lab is below 34 pg/ml. But couple of days back I have chest pain my ECG came normal but my trop came 6.6 then series of Trop I were done in next 2 days 5.6 then 2.51 and settling at 1.15 but again shot back to 7.35 today which was taken like 9-10 hours after 2nd chest pain. All still normal but I don't understand what happened that shot my Trop I levels

Iam using olmezest h20 for hypertension since 6 years but sometimes my bp shows little bit high like 150/90. So I want to adjust my tab pls suggest me Like olmezest h40 or triolmezest 20. Regards.
