Is it normal to have a pulse rate of 62-68 when we are normally lying down with normal o2 reading or is there anything to worry about?

My mother gone through bypass surgery 6 months ago. After vein harvesting from leg. Her legs continue swelling if she stands for while feet become like ball and so much pain.
