Heart Problems & Remedies

I got to know from ECG that I got a 1 AV block and cardiac axis normal which i read as 1st degree heart block and is not to worry much. I do regularly without miss the brisk walk for 30 minutes (6 days a week and 10k steps daily) and pump my heart with running etc and I do not drink or smoke. I do not feel any discomfort while walking brisk or running except the normal tiredness. No dizziness or faintness. My glucose levels are well within the limits and non-diabetic. However, i have gastric problem and feel inflammatory for spicy food etc. Should I be really concerned about my heart health? I am continuing to do brisk walk, running and have a control on my diet intake.

Hi I got an ECG done recently. The result says synus rhythm normal study But it also says clinical correlation for further management Is the ecg normal?

For first time in lastJuly I suddenly felt a thumping in my chest, I saw my Pulse rate was 150.I went to ER and ECG said T have sinus tachycardia and HTN and ER Dr sent me home saying I am stressed,but after that I felt a piercing chest pain often at the left side of chest,trop t is -tive (24 hr later). I had my family physician checked me and found I have hypertension. he prescribed HTN pills,which I took over this year I had 5 ECGs done (whenever i had chest pain and felt dizzy, i do a ecg ) all reports came normal, my Ech(2d) report was normal, my ldl is 113 mg/dl , my hdl is 49 mg/l, my triglyceride is 106 mg /dl, my TSH and FT4 are in normal range, my CBC is also normal, my HBA1c and Estimated Average glucose is also normal .I have consulted 2 cardiologist and 3 MD general says I am fine but still l have these symptoms (seldom stabbing pain at left side ,heart palpitation, feels dizzy and sometimes have trouble breathin. i don't even know what is my problem  HELP

If my mom has 174 and 92 bp at the morning and already taken medicine at the night 8 o clock Metcy am 25 should we give her again this medicine in the morning when the bp is high on 10 o clock or should give at the same time 8 o clock ?? And can we change from metcy am 25 to 50 to maintain bp in winters?

I have bone pain in my chest if I touch or press them. It started because of pressure used in 2d echo test. Its been 2 days that test is done. Is this normal? Please advise. 2d echo report is normal
