Heart beat low
I have been  consuming tobacco ( pouches) for the last 5 years, I have quit tobacco from the last one week , I am observing my resting heart beat is 55-60 while it remains 90-95 when I consume tobacco, My ECG ECHO, TMT , LIPID PROFILE is normal triglycerides are raised 325, doctor prescribed atorlip f , but it causes muscle pain and joints pain

Nicotine causes your heart rate to be higher. It is normal for the heart rate to decrease when you stop it. 55-65 is actually a very healthy heart rate if you don't have any symptoms. Muscle pains are a common side effect of atorlip.
Next Steps
You may need to change the atorlip tablet. Something like T Ezterica 10 or Icos 1gm would help you.
