Low heart beat
I feel absolutely fit and also run 10 kms everyday without any issues. But one thing that i have started to notice is low heart beats per minute. When i am resting, it goes down to around 40 to 45. Should this be a concern for me or is it just fine ?

Hello.. .... Are you well trained athlete?? Because an athlete have physiological bradycardia, heart rate around 50 beats per minute.. Otherwise you need to consult general physician because heart rate below 60 is considered abnormal... Consult doctor once in nearest hospital .
