I have some time chest pain, while resting also, some time done chest pain while I m in sleep and wake up,
I done the all reports, consultant 3 cardiologist, doctor says heart is ok
Still I have fear of heart attack, some time I feel sweting normal, I don't know what is the problem
Pls suggest
Echo and tmt attached.
