Hi ...for last 3weeks I had back pain. I took pain killer tablets but for last 3 days I am feeling pain inbetween the breast  and below the breast. It is paining in the shape of inverter t line. When I sit or move in bike it pain .I have been taking zerodol sp tablet even after that I feel slight pain. Because of this I panic if it is related to heart. I don't have other symptoms like sweetness and tiredness but there is burning sensation in my stomach. Kindly help how to stop this panic attack and chest pain

The way you have described, probability if it being a cardiac pain is low. It could either be due to muscular pain/gastric related or due to anxiety itself. Can get an ECG to rule out cardiac pain.
