I have done ECHO test from one year ago is LV 61. My ECG shows normal. But my heart rate goes 130 bpm and bp goes 140/90. What reason and what to do?

Hello Sir/ma'am, i have a chest pain from last 8 months. I did ecg xray echo tmt etc in october but i am still having chest pain in left side. Sometime its not but sometimes suddenly feel pressure inside chest. Ehat is the reason behind it. I feel like it will never gone.

Hello, i have a left side chest pain ftom 8 months from september. I did ECG, Echo, TMT and other blood tests to rule out any problem but came normal. Till now i have pain on and off but past w days again pain started. I slso have body pain with this.
