He has high blood pressure issue. Today his blood pressure rises to 180-190. Doctor prescribed him some medicines. And suggested to admit in hospital. But he is at home. What should I do in emergency at night

Today done my anomaly scan, everything is fine but increased cardiac axis seen, it's normal or not Plz suggest me

From past three days I can notice my heart beat rate has increased a bit and also if i sleep on my left side i can hear beeping kind of sound continuously when heart is beating I can hear it whole day in left ear even while standing. Is this an issue? Please give a solution should I consult a cardiologist?

I did Echocardiogram. It is showing everything as normal but shows mild PAH, trivial TR, Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, traces of pericardial effusion+. My master health check up is normal done 2 months ago is normal. I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am obese 108kg. I had deep breathing problem. I met Pulmonologist. He has given medicine. My question is mild PAH is it cause for concern? Is mild PAH reversible? Other observations are cause for concern? I plan to do TMT. I am very worried. Please clarify.
