I have high cholesterol (LDL-126, HDL-35). Sometimes I feel tingling in hands,legs and chest or little chest pain for around 1 minutes. Is it sign of upcoming heart diseases?. Do I need to do medical tests. My B12 is 185pg/ml and vita D3 is 20 ng/ml.

Dear Dr., I am having a chest pain since last few months..The pain is mainly on left chest but it keeps on shifting to right chest, left hand and left shoulder. I consulted cardiologist and did echo,tmt and blood test. all normal except tsh in blood..getting medication(carbimazole tablets) since a week, but no sign of pain reduction.. Sometimes lightheadedness prevails .Please suggest.

I am sitting and when i get up my heart be like "lub dub lub dub" on my chest for few seconds and its gone ? Experiencing such palpitations since few weeks ! Btw done ecg, echo, thyroid profile and blood tests a month ago everything is normal !

My echo test report says, Mitral valve prolapse (aml) Grade 1 mitral regurgitation, trivial aortic regurgitation, normal pa pressure, no rwma, normal lv systolic function, lvef 60%, grade 1 lv diastolic dysfunction, no clot /vegetation /pericardial effusion.

Report says, middling left axis deviation. Completeness left bundle branch block, old optical MI. Possible old anterolateral MI. V3 abnormal T wave. I understand that physical report examination is required, but I would appreciate if your expertise can give me a heads up before visiting the doctor physically, based on the information provided.
