I'm having muscle spasms near heart just beside chest bone.. upper left side. It is visible that muscle is moving and also having some tightness when it is twitching. This happening from last 2 days. What can be the cause??... I'm taking thyrox 75mcg daily for hypothyroidism.

Iam having sudden heartbeat in chest since 1 year.it feels like heart has stopped for a second.its like late or skipped heartbeat in chest.it occurs almost everyday. I get scared after it occurs and it really disrupts my daily activities.i recently visited cardiologist and he prescribed me inderal 20mg as my heart rate was 115 bpm there.what could be the reason behind sudden heartbeat.should I be taking inderal?

One year back i did treadmill stress test which is 87% of the maximum age predicted heart rate( no ischemic disease). recently also idid tread mill test which is 96% of the maximum age predicted heart rate ( no ischemic disease).may i know which is better.?the first one (87%)or second one(96%)?.

What should be Telmisart dose for 95kg person and bp 135/85.and taking. Telma 20 from 3 MOnths. Should dose be increased for winters. Or this bp with telma 20 is OK to continue.
