Does heart palpitations due to panic attacks or stress damages or weakens the Heart? My heart palpitates only during stress and panic attack

Have a muscle pain around chest for a while. Might be a muscle tear due to wrong sleeping posture. Just need to check it's nothing serious. No breathlessness, only pain.

I am 19 years old male with a blood pressure of 120-140/80-90 i had done (ECG, treadmill test, Echocardiogram, other blood tests for kidney ETC...... They were all normal.... I am always too anxious when checking the bp and also i am stressed due to other problems that i had.... my diet is high on fatty foods and junk foods... i am 175 cm heigh and weighs 105 kg also i am an inactive person (not exercising)... What might be the cause? Do i need medicine? Please help me, i am very hopeless! Thanks.

My lipid profile report has triglycerides, serum 327mg is it Risk for me??? Why triglycerides higher I want to know in details???

My age is 30 and bp is 110/66 and my pulse varies between 69,79 and 88 is it normal... I visited doctor he told it's normal

Whenever I take stress orwhen Iam scared my heart starts to palpitate which lasts for some second or minute But those one minute turns out to be hell for me but otherwise my heart doesn't palpitate at all As of now I am doing yoga,meditation and physical workout to remove this Should i consult a doctor for This? But i am 100% sure the underlying cause for palpitations are negative thoughts and stress What to do?

Patient had 2stent operation on left arteries on 22nd September today he is felling pain while urine

Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension, iam using olmezest h20 tab, iam taking readings by home bp monitor. Always my first reading is high than others. Olmezest  h20 controls bp but anxiety increases bp . Pls suggest a good tablet to control anxiety as well as high bp. Regards

Recent health check-up echo test it's shows Dailostic Dysfunction grade 2 MV e v-1.20m/s and MV a v - .56m/s ,E/A ratio - 2.16 ,No RWMA , normal LV systolic function , LVEF 60%, no pericardial effusion ,no vegatation/clots ,mild MR, Mild TR age is 36 ,no BP , wright is in under control is this dailostic Dysfunction grade 2 normal finding my doctors who perform echoes test says me echoes report normal don't worry what is that mean is this any major problem.

My lipid profile report has Total cholesterol,serum 198mg, Triglycerides , serum 236mg, HDL cholesterol, serum 40 mg, non HDL cholesterol, serum 158mg, LDL cholesterol, serum 130mg, Atherosclerosis index 5. Is it good or bad report I want to know??? If it bad then what I do please suggest me.
