I done an routine ecg , it shows short pr interval in doctor descrption, 0.11 ms and S wave up to v6. Please suggest me what should i do further

Iam getting pvcs or sudden strong 'thud' in chest from past one year.i happen anytime,even when iam simply resting,it also happens during exercise and after exercise.i feel sudden pvcs atleast 1 or 2 times a day.i get really depressed when it occurs and it ruins my enthusiasm to do anything.i don't know how many pvcs exactly I must be getting,but i feel strong thuds atleast 1 or 2 times a day.what could be the reason?
