Previously I was using Xtor-10 for cholesterol and Tezloc-20 for BP. Now my cholesterol level is 200+ .Should I take Lipi Ez 10 in place of Xtor-10

I am experiencing a mild pain near my heart area. I am a non-smoker and non-alcoholic. My health condition is normal. But I am feeling a sheer mild pain around my heart. I want to know what I should do about it. What tests will reveal my heart condition?

From yesterday I am having giddiness and fainting kind of feeling. My BP is 103/65 and pulse is 91 as shown in home BP machine. Feeling giddy at times. Having a baby of one yr, i don't have proper sleep . I wake up too often. Is it because of that ? Are my readings normal?

I've observed high heart rate in my Apple watch( avg rest rate 90) from past one year without any symptoms. But from two weeks I'm getting tired for small workouts and feeling very slight uneasyness in my chest(but no pain). So I've went to lab and got ECG. In the report given as "SINUS TACHYCARDIA, Non specific T wave abnormality, correlate clinically" so I'm asking is it dangerous? Is it required to consult doctor immediately? Pls suggest. Remaing blood reports and urine reports are normal. I'm taking cetrezine for every twodays as I've dust allergy.

My ecg and echo test are normal but sometimes my heartbeat is abnormal .what is the reason.is everything ok or heart related issue
