I have pain in left side of chest I have consulted cardiologist but my ecg and echo test are consider normal what should I do now

I have done health check up recently. Per the report my I see the AGR in LFT and LDL in Lipid test is out of range. Attaching the report Just wanted to know if this needs further consultation.

Now i feeling uneasy and peruse in chest with breathing dizziness, Bp is high and triglycerides is 255

My BP normal but have working difficulty in breathing .but all times no sumetime .but I have Very very tense in thare problems.that is symptoms heart problems yes and no.thank you.

Bp is 106/ 64, should we take medicine related to hypertension snumelo, vinicor xl 50 and envas 10 mg

ECG ECHO and BLOOD TESTS ARE NORMAL, even thyroid test is normal ! should I go for tmt or i am being a hypochondriac ? ECG ATTACHED !

Good day doctors, I did my lipid profile test My HDL is 36 and Apolipoproteins is 108 Pls advice what shall I do. As both are not in normal range. This in advance I have attached my report.

I m taking Metolar XR 25 medicine for last 15 years, BP remains stable. Doctor, is it recommended to change the treatment as there may be some side effects.

I have this breathlessness feeling some times especially when im travelling or at a new place. Also experience tightness in the middle of the chest. Is it just anxiety disorder or is it heart related?

I have high BP (130 by 92) . During check up at CMC vellore , Drs are advised me for lipid profile, ECHO,TSH,LIPID PROFILE AND URINE NEFRIN AND META NEFRIN.all tests are  ok .BUT Tryglyride level wad too High that is 375. Drs prescribed me Cilacar 5mg at morning and salt restricted diet 7 month ago. But during last 1 week sometime I feel pressure at nose and feel uncomfortable. Today I checked my BP it is 129 by 94. Though I have taken cilacar every morning. I drink beer 4 out of 7 days. Is drinking is the problem. Please suggest me in details what to do. Did I need to change my medicine?
