Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctor.       yesterday I had alcohol and slept, early morning I went for urination suddenly while urinating I started to get nauseas and feeling faint and uneasiness, suddenly I stopped urinating and had a glass of water and I felt my vision getting black then I went to bed and took rest for few minutes then I was some what ok. What could this be ?  dehydration ? Low bp ? Heart problem ? By the way I was diagnosed with vestibular migraine 1 year back.

My tmt, ecg, echo, xray are all normal. But still I have chest congestion and tightness, numbness in legs sometimes. What should I do next

All of a sudden i found one morning that the right side of my chest aches mildly with intervals all the day. If i press with finger  on the right chest it is mild painful . I am worried ... please help me... please reply

Dear Doctor, I have raised heart beat of 101 to 135, for the past 1 day. I have 101 degrees fever. Passing more urine at night. What could be the reason for heart beat to increase at rest for the past 1 day? I had Coldact for cold fever yesterday night. Cardiologist suggested Angiography. I am frightened to do Angiography can I do Heart CT scan with dye? I have uritcaria and kidney stone. I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am 104kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inches height. I have Asthma, urticaria, insomnia Kidney stone and severe GERD. Having  GERD PPI medicine for the past 9 months. Asthma medicine Montek AB Formoflo inhaler. Kidney stone, Urologist given me Alfoo 10mg, having for the past few days. Cetrizen medicine for urticaria. Inzofresh tablet for no sleep. I went for TMT but could not do it due high heart beat 125 on walking for half second. Cardiologist has given me medicine Inderla 20 mg now. Please advise.

What are the symptoms of Heart Attack? How determine it's time I should see myself with a cardiologist and not my family doctor. I am having breathless from yesterday. My neck, shoulders, specifically my left hand and shoulder are in pain from 2 days. I am constantly feeling restless and uneasy. My family doctor gave me painkillers and acidity medicine. Which acts temporarily, but the symptoms come back. Am I just over thinking or should I take some serious precautions?
