I was previously diagnosed with hypertension with pcod before 2 yrs and i have been taking tablet ciplar 10mg for a year. I had also done 24 hr ambulatory bp monitoring which came out to be slightly elevated but the doctor said it should be okay .Now since a month i have been experiencing palpitations like sinking heart beats and since yesterday also slight pain in left arm . I've heard cases of my age having a heart attack but i dont have any chest pain. what should i do? ECG? I am very stressed due to this and a little disturbed and i am overweight (159 cm and 67kg). And my cortisol level is a little elevated and dont have thyroid issues. Please help.

Got chest pain in December initially thought I will go away..but when it's not then got scared. Visited doctor and get the ECG AND 2D ECHO DONE. result was normal. Doctors said no heart issue. After sometime still feeling chest discomfort and burping. So I have done the endoscopy..result was small hiatus hernia and multiple duodenal erosion gastric. Doctor has advised superia 20. Acidity has been reduces to some extent. But sometimes feels dizziness. Also I was getting palpitation but when doing exercise(running) after that palpitation comes down normal. When I go to bed, if I am sleeping up side down I mean stomach down then after sometimes I feels my heart palpitation increases.if I sleep normal in straight no issue. Please advise? If you want I will upload the test result.

Today I checked my Blood Pressure It showed 140/90 is there anything to worry about according to my age.

Friend took a overdose of bp tablet(28) tablets.. How damaging it can be in longer run? And what needs to be done?

My wife has a severe pain in her heart. It pains automatically from hand to heart. There is also pain in her eye and head.

25.10.2018 my sum blood report increse. I want some blood test. Like - CHOLESTROL, HDL, LDL, TRIGLYCERIDE, HOMOCYSTIN.

Usually I feel chest pain n heaviness and short of breath while walking I took ecg and chest x-ray both d reports were normal 2 days back also I visited to nearby clinic because of chest pain I doubt I have angina bt no doctors till now said me they just check my pulse rate and heart beats through stethoscope n said everything is fine , Im I ok ??? Can I rely on this ??? Please help

Taking medicine AMLOKIND AT for 5 years., before 1year my lipid Profile was normal,. My lipid Profile today report is Cholesterol - 252, Triglycerides - 114, HDL-71.2, Is need statin medicine, or Cholesterol come normal by changing life style
