  4. Fluctuations in bp and pulse. I do next?

Fluctuations in bp and pulse
My pulse goes upto 134-135 sometimes and bp 175/118 , ecg and 2D echo is normal. What should I do next?i have diabetes (under control) and am taking pills both for bp and diabetes . My current dr has suggested panic medicine which I'm skeptical to take ,please advice. Thank you
