High bp 185 and light burning near chest. He always had this and took atarax as suggested by doctor.. Now we are getting worried because BP is high

Is there any way to check heart and lung health at home? Without any lab tests. One of my relative passed away of heart attack at 34. But they are saying he was very healthy till previous day. Will there be Any prior symptoms of heart problems?

Its been 4 days since I have started Telmasartan 40 mg but I feel too tired and weak to do any activity since then My stomach also is little bit bloated.. Hi Sir/Madam, My father heart pump rate getting around 58 to 65, and oxizen levels 98 in oximeter. He is having blood sugar and high blood pressure since 15 years.
