I am experiencing severe pain in my chest(centre and left region), left arm, back (left side). i feel numbness in my left arm ..it usually happens when i m sad, or tensed about something.. is it something serious?

Recent ecg - Sinus Techycardia or else normal ecg, recent troponin test negative. Treadmill test done two months back normal. No chest pain as such , sometimes a little left shoulder dis comfort. Excess gas in stomach. Went to doc recently diagnosed as anxiety and gave tablets for gas. Uneven heartbeat sometimes, even if i do a little aggressive physical activity like sometimes lifting a water can, But i can exercise i mean i can run for 3 kms at a stretch. Have a question does troponin test tells about heart blockages ?? Should i go for a tmt test again ?? Or it is the excess gas in stomach for which i am taking medications now ??

My heart starts beating fast when l sleep.l get a feeling of warm air over heart. I get bad dreams sleeping. My finger and body shivers.l get a feeling that I am going to get heart attack.and my breathing capacity decreases.so l am facing this problem after l get tested for covid (which came negative ). I was also suffering from fever and psoraisis in the months of April and may (19may)...so plz suggest ...l am doing excercise and walking and relaxing excercise...
