Hi sir my self srikanth my question is i donated blood 2months ago from which date i donated blood their onwards my heart beating fastly and i ignored but after 1month my nails became brittle and i doubted and asked my family doctor and he said do ECG AND COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT and i did tests and result is ECG normal and blood count is also slightly normal he said use iron tablets no need to worry and my question is while using pulse Oximeter my heart rate is showing above 100 beats per minute sometimes and feeling discomfort in chest is it any serious to consult doctor???

Hi. You are young and blood donation will not affect your health. Before blood donation medical personnel will check your health status. As your blood parameters and ecg were normal then your symptoms are probably due to anxiety. Don't worry if your symptoms are troublesome then consult a doctor.
