BP medication stopped
After observing for a week with bp ranges from (125-128)/(78-85) we stopped bp medication. Daily measurements are normal only.but after 20 days without medicine oneday suddenly 145/95 shown and table taken .later till 25days bp normal and later day bp 142/93 medicine taken.
Is it ok to take bp medicine whenever it shows high or regular ly we should continue the medicine?

You are supposed to take BP medicines regularly. Normal BP is not an indication to stop medicines. Please never stop it on your own
