Regarding BP Medication
I am taking high BP medicine from last 7 years. My BP was around 140/100 so my doctor started olmetrack 20 but no much effect so after 2-3 years doctor prescribed me nebicard 2.5 with olmetrack 20, it was effective but the BP when checked was coming near about 140/95 or 135/90. That time I did not follow any dieting and was not doing any excercise. Now from around 1 month I am following a diet with some walk and when I check my BP it is coming around 120/75 to 110/67. I want to ask that due to this walking and diet change my BP is going down so do I need to continue both the medicine or I should stop 1 to see and check my BP.
