Always get Chest pain after mopping or bending forward ir lying flat on bed , have got ecg,2d echo, Tmt done in 2018, ecg in 2019, ecg in 2020 all reports normal. Kindly suggest

My chest always feels so tight. And the heart seems to beat very strongly. But HR seems normal (75-85/min). I always feel anxious and tensed. And sometimes I can't get enough oxygen, I kind of  forget to breathe in between. The whole chest feels so pressured always. And along with that, I am experiencing pulsating tinnitus in both my ears. What should I do?

My left chest is paining since few months .I have done thrice time ecg tmt 2decho but all reports are normal.what can be the cause

I have noticed that some non threatening events are causing immense stress in my body. For example few days back I noticed a road accident which didn't bother me anyway but still I noticed my heart beating . Again one day I took my mother to doctor for routine check up and I created a false notion in my mind that my mother would be severely sick even though she is completely all right. During those time my heart beats fast and a sense of fear working in my mind. And slowly it subsides. I am 100% sure there is nothing with my physical health. How to deal with this this situation? And please provide a solution by which I can definitely overcome this problem . Pls sir/ ma'am provide a solution.pls.

I am taking etizola beta 0.25 for anxiety. I am taking it for last 30 days. Is there any side effect? I have high blood pressure. Currently my blood pressure is 120/80 . For blood pressure I take telpres ct 40/12.5.

Sir, Actually I have been facing shortness of breath which is a common phenomena for me since mid of April. Since then it is a regular feature which occurs in every 10 to 15 days. But I have been forced to consult with you as I have been facing this shortness of breathing issue continuously since Monday this week. Even today also I felt some pain in the middle of the right side of my chest. Also during this phase I struggled to yawn. Also when I take a long breath, it feels like something left behind means not a full breath. In addition to it when I am pressing my right side of the chest , it gives me little pain. Along with this I have been feeling pain in my Throat  from mid of June. It is also a regular feature i.e it occurs once in a week. kindly help me to give a way out of it and medication to cure.
