I am feeling like fatigued and after eating breakfast it is starting. I am having blurred vision and lack of concentration and irritation. Is this low BP or diabetes or any other thing. I am able to do work normally but feeling pressure in my brain. There is no excessive thirst or hungry. What may be the reason. Kindly suggest whom I need to consult. Thank you.

My father was operated CABG last year AND it was reported that he had low LVEF even after grafting. What should be included in his diet, exercise or medication for improvement in LVEF? he is currently taking CARDIVAS 6.25, ISOLAZINE AND ECOSPRIN GOLD 20 for heart.
