Last week suddenly there was pain in my right hand going from thumb to shoulder .after day the pain reduced but since then there is pain in My upper arm. Is it some heart related thing?

Hi, from the past 3 weeks I continuously feel a throbbing pulse at the back of my head. The pulsating feeling gets enhanced while laying down. Also, I feel lightheaded most of the time during day. I had my first panic attack around 2 months back. Since then I have been under constant stress and anxiety related to my health. My average pulse rate during day time is around 85-90 while at night time during sleep, it goes down to around 60-70. (I am measuring using my smart band) My blood pressure from the past 1-2 weeks has been in the range 135-150/78-85. I had been taking the medicine ciplar la 40 and petril md for 10 days around a month back. After then I stopped the medications and started doing 30 minutes daily brisk walking along with yoga. However, still I am facing the palpitations. Please suggest me how should I proceed further. Thanks

My father is taking medicine from CGHS since many years but this time he has got a different medicine so he want to consult a doctor regarding this.

I am 28 yrs of age and one day found that my bp is 140/100 and heart beat is 138 so i went to a cardio he started a medicine telma and inderal. he said cause is anxiety. though i do not have any familiar problem of bp. my point is that at this age do i need to take the medicine for lifetime? my height is 176cm and weight is 88 kg. please make this doubt clear. i had a echo also but its normal no effect on heart. and can anxiety be measured in echo?

I usually get routine tests and check ups done every year. 2 years back my ecg report was normal. Last year when i got the report it said that the impression is sinus tachycardia. I consulted the general physician of the diagnostic centre and he said it does not require treatment and could be due to stress or anxiety. I want to ask how serious is this and if not, when should i take it seriously.

I have chest pain both side left and right but left side pain is 4 years and right side from last 1.5 month pain go to my arm shoulder back ,ear,jaw neck, head ache sometime I have ,white cough , Felling fatigue seating breathless Ness and walking ,food come in my food pipe when iam walking.   Feel breathhing issue feeling feverish but temp is normal I done my ECG,echo,tmt,trop I,cpk mb,x-ray,esr,CBC,is normal what can I do Iam Asthematic and bp patients My BP is around 90/140, 90/130 I have use for BP met xl 25 And asthma I use fomitide 400 Please kindly suggest

From last 4-5 days my mother is facing high blood pressure suddenly goes to 173/91 and in some time comes to 153/80 . She is already taking telmekind ct40 tab and now from 2days she is also taking cilacar 5 tablet. She feels very deziness, headech, some time chest pain, she dont feel normal like she was before . Is this serious heart issue?? she is taking temlikind ct40 from 5years .

Hi doc my father had a stroke in 2015 since then he is under medication but sometimes he voice gets slurred and legs get swalloen we did a echo in feb which was normal is this any heart related issues and what are heart related symptoms

2 years back I got ct coronary angio.. panic attack triggered by contrast media made my rate go till 120.. but the people dere didnt bother to wait n did my scan! Gave report telling that arteries disease free, right circulation and some small calibre artery Now I dont know how did they manage to get accurate images at dis rate?? Did they fool me I was supposed to get ct angio 10 years later but now do i have to repeat?
