My blood pressure is 108/71 . I usually take telpres ct 40/12.5 for high blood pressure and etizola beta for anxiety issue. As my blood pressure is normal right now, do I need to continue blood pressure medicine? Thank you.

I reported both high pulse and high BP one week back. Pulse is now normal in the range of 70-80, but bp is still in the range of 140-100. Will it take some more time to get normal?

Since lockdown day by day getting some anxiety and other panic feelings. I'm not having any BP or other health issues before that. I recently started with some gastric or acidity indigestion issue. Currently I'm having some sudden anxiousness and panic feeling with heart palpitations for no reason. Kindly help me to get out of this. Let me know if any medicines helps. Shall I take clonozepam which I rarely take it for sleeping.
