High bp and worrying
I have been diagnoaed with hypertension 2 years ago and have been taking medication from then continuously. I am obese and have depression and anxiety problem. Whenever i check my bp its is around 130-140/80-90. My all tests are normal. I worry a lot that if i wake up early my bp will rise. I am taking metorpolol and Amlodipine as doctor discontinued it due to covid.Should i worry about my bp and start waking up early and taking my bp meds in morning or should i continue to tale it in afternoon. I always worry that if i take bp meds early my bp will rise in night.kindly help
