Dear,sir I am suffering from chest pain with hand and leg since one month.my B P. 100/80mmhg.wt.80kg. cholesterol under control.my ecg below. Sir my question, what is the cause of pain?thnks.

Hi, your ecg has right bundle branch block and this will not be the cause for pain. But we cant diagnose heart disease with ecg alone. Chest pain increases with exercise? Do you have breathing difficulties? Do you have any other clinical problems like diabetes or hypertension? Your symptoms may be due to gastritis also but you need further evaluation as your age is 59 years.
