My blood pressure always rise up to 160/100 even though I'm just 20 years old. I don't know what medicine is best for me. I monitor my bp and it's always high like, 150/90, 140/80, and 150/80. I don't know what medicine suits me the best. Losartan or amlodipine?

Respected sir/ma'am I have ask one question. My father is suffering from mitral valve disease his mitral valve size 1.2 cm. Doctor has done 3 balloning. Now he has a higher heartbeat. Sir i just want to ask this problem can be overcome after the mitral valve replacement???
