High Bp and Mitral valve
Does high blood pressure of 140/80 affect mitral valve prolapse with mild regurgitation rest eco is fine I am absolutely fit and fine no symptoms of any cardiac problem I am trying to control this BP through diet and and exercise? Plz advice

Reduce your blood pressure with medication. With high blood pressure you will have diastolic dysfunction aggravating your mitral valve prolapse.
