High pulse
My pulse generally remains around 80-90.
But when checked by doctor, it touches 100 -110. My BP is between 110-138 and 76- 95. My CBC, Pre and Post fasting, cholesterol, LFT etc all are within limits. I walk about 4-6 km every day. Pl tell me remidy for high pulse rate.

Hi. your pulse is within normal range when you're checking. Increased heart rate during hospital visit is probably due to anxiety. If your symptoms persists then consult with doctor and take ecg as baseline investigation.
