I am an athlete, during my training I observed that my stamina had reduced,I have done heart and lungs check up,it was normal but in echo I found MVP and mild Mr??this MVP is reducing my stamina??

When i lay on left side i feel heart beat.... Specially on ribs cage... And when i put finger on ribs 5 ... I feel its palping...while laying on left side.. Is it normal... Did ECG,CBC... WAS NORMAL..

Having gerd with hiatus hernia, and prediabetes diagnosed 2 years before. Did echo and ecg 6 months before. Echo was normal. In ecg there was MVP. Again now I have chest congestion and burning. Is my ecg normal ? Doni need echo again. The doctor find it is due to LPR symptoms. Taking inderal f along with nexium 40 and dsr tablets. How many days to take inderal f. Is this habit forming.
