Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi, I feel like skipping heartbeat for past 3 days. When I checked pulse in my mobile heart rate sensor I see some irregular beat whenever I feel the heartbeat is skipped. For that one second I feel lightheaded. Sometimes it is frequent like 3 times in a minute. Sometimes less frequently. But overall it is happening throughout the day. Please advise what to do next on this. Attached the photo from my mobile.

How much common is headache with amlodipine 5 mg and telmisartan 20. I have been taking these medications after I was diagnosed due to thyroiditis six months ago . I’m feeling tired headache since that . My blood pressure hovers around 110/70 my thyroid levels became normal after thyroiditis is resolved . Hba1c 5.6. CBC and CMP ARES all in normal range .

Small onwards suffering from allergic rhythics and dust... Frequently causing cold and cough small dust also it will effecting a lot.. When i was used in class 5 i got pneumonia.. From that time onwards effecting servre breathing problem and cough and walking and doing any activites causing chest tightness.. Recently past few months onwards having servere cough and chest tightness especially only late night hours and continous seasonal changes and mainly due to dust.. I had usen many inhalers in my childhood and homepathy.. Present using only pulmonclear cough syurp.. .

Sir my mother age 66 and having borderline triple value disease with 60% blockage and doctor said continue on medical management for 3 months she didn't using salt from 1 year but blood pressure is 141/78 what is the cause is any thing concern about it and using telemet medicine 40 mg evng time at 8.00 pm using and while sitting foots are swelling is it major concern

I am treated for bipolar disorder from last 14 months I hv no issue or symtoms now. My cholestrol level has risen from 214 to 320 total cholestrol, ldl has increased from 170 to 240 in last 1 year. Triglycerides is OK. All other parameters are fine including Vitamin C. Got ECG, Echo and TMT test done prev week all are fine. In last 1 year I hv gone for weight loss and reduced weight from 75 to 68 kg I exercise 1 hr daily without fail, 5-6 tea per day, no fruits and barely taken vegetables in last year. I am non smoker, vegetarian and I don't drink. Please let me know wht can be possible reason for high cholestrol.
