While lying down my heart rate is 60 to 55. Is it any problem. I have mild pain in both sides of chest. Muscle pain I think.. intermittently I am having this problem. In May I took ECG it was normal. Recently done Chest plain CTC it is normal. Any advice

Hi I am getting last two year for chest pain and chest bone pain that Time I nervase and I will all test done but report is normal.so I am full tense about pain and day wise I am full dull.
