Heart beat above 100

Hello, My brother always has high heartbeat. Most of the time his heartbeat is 102,117 and 120 also. It always fluctuates. We went to hospital and consulted a physician and got a ECG and X ray done. His reports came to be normal. Doctor said reports looks fine and prescribed some medicine for gastric. Is there anything to worry about? Should we consult a cardiologist? Please let me know? Will it be possible to consult online over practo or better to see in person ? Thank you
