From last few days my bp reading is coming out to be 140/90. How to reduce it. My age is just 25. How can i cure this naturally.

Sir , From last 3 days I have a pain in left side chest and having shortness of breathing , my bp is 145/94 . Feeling some pain/weakness in left arm . Pls guide .

My left arm has been paining/discomforting for about 2 months. I undergone ECG, EcHO & TMT. Dr said everything looks good. My trigliciride cholesterol levels are high (300). I'm using rosufit10 for about two months. How long should I have to use tablet. I used 'Gabapin plus 100' for muscle pain for 30days(didn't help). I'm planning for a CT angio, is there any side effects/risks involved!

I am self feeding mother for 11 months baby,when my baby was 8 months I suddenly got breathing problems like how we will feel when we are in anxiety. But it's getting better sometimes and continuing same sometimes. Also feeling chest as well. Can someone suggest whom to contact and why this is happening all of sudden I am so much worried. Hello, aftr delivery i got high bp and high heart rate(always above 100 to 120).. Done with all tests, all r normal. doctr said its due to anxiety. Anxiety medicines should be taken life long? Or taking for short term can resolve anxiety issue...?
