Holter monitoring routine

Hello doctor, I'm a recovered Covid patient having occasional palpitation for which doctor asked me to get ECG, 2D Echo and 24 hours Holter monitoring to be done. I've completed my ECG and Echo the reports of which I've attached here and today I'm on 24 hours Holter monitoring. My question was while the Holter machine is fitted on my body do I need to stay at home and observe myself or I can continue my regular daily life such as going office, attending meetings, driving,etc. If it's like that I can continue my daily routine, is it mandatory or I can stay back at home as an option? I express my gratitude in advance. Regards.
