On 5th Jan I taken 2d echo and ecg it's normal again when should I take my neck and shoulder are paining it's a sign of stroke I'm a asd device clouser patient

No it’s not a sign of stroke If asd is completely closed then there is very less chance of stroke. Look for cervical radiculopathy
